Cheat Sheet
The peptide cheat sheet
One page for the numbers people keep asking for: reconstitution volumes, working dose ranges, cycle lengths, time off, and the bloodwork worth pulling before and during a cycle — 10 categories, 77 entries, every compound linked to its full monograph where we have one.
Healing & Recovery
Soft-tissue, gut and skin repair compounds. Most are short cycles with deliberate time off.

Fat Loss & Metabolic
Incretins and metabolic compounds. The GLP-1 class titrates up slowly and runs long; most of the rest cycle like ordinary peptides.

Growth Hormone & Recovery
Secretagogues and growth-axis compounds. IGF-1 is the marker nearly all of them move, so it anchors the bloodwork column.

Bioregulators (Khavinson Short Peptides)
Tri- and tetrapeptide bioregulators, studied almost entirely in the Russian literature. Tissue-specific, low-dose, short-course — and because the human data is thin and largely preclinical, everything here sits in the early-evidence tier.

Nasal Sprays (Pre-Mixed, No Reconstitution)
Small peptides can cross into circulation — and reach the brain — through the nasal mucosa, skipping the needle and acting faster than anything routed through the gut. These arrive ready to use: no reconstitution, no math.

Baseline bloodwork
Before the first vial of anything, get a baseline. Every marker a cycle can move is only meaningful against the number it started from.
- CBC and CMP
- Lipid panel
- HbA1c and fasting glucose + insulin
- IGF-1
- Testosterone total and free
- Thyroid (TSH, fT3, fT4)
- Liver (ALT, AST, GGT)
- CRP
How to read a COA
A Certificate of Analysis is the third-party lab document saying what is actually in the vial. Reading one takes a minute:
- Identity test — confirms the compound matches the label (mass spec or HPLC)
- Purity percentage — 95% is the minimum acceptable; 98%+ is excellent
- HPLC chromatogram — one dominant peak is good — several large peaks mean impurities
- Batch number match — the batch on the COA must match the batch on the vial
- Lab name and date — an independent lab, dated within 12 months
- Red flags — no lab name, no batch number, purity below 95%, generic copy-paste format
A COA proves identity and purity at the moment of testing — it says nothing about how a given vial was stored or handled afterwards.
Reconstitution in six rules
- Bacteriostatic water for most peptides — IGF-1 LR3 and DES take 0.6% acetic acid
- Swirl gently and swab the stopper; never shake
- Reconstituted vials live in the fridge and last about 28 days; never freeze them
- Units are not milligrams — mixing the two up is the single most common way a dose goes wrong
- A 100-unit insulin syringe holds 1 mL, so 10 units = 0.1 mL
- How many units a dose takes depends entirely on the concentration in the vial
mg in vial ÷ mL of BAC water added = mg per mLtarget dose in mcg ÷ mcg per mL × 100 = units to draw
A 10mg vial + 2mL BAC water = 5mg per mL. A 500mcg dose = 10 units.
