How it works
Modulates GABA-A receptor expression indirectly, influences serotonin and noradrenaline turnover, and increases BDNF. Also inhibits enkephalin degradation, extending endogenous opioid signalling. The tuftsin backbone confers immunomodulatory activity independent of the CNS effects.
