How it works
Modified ACTH fragment stripped of hormonal activity. Increases BDNF and NGF expression in the hippocampus, modulates monoaminergic and cholinergic transmission, and shows antioxidant and anti-apoptotic effects in ischemia models. The Pro-Gly-Pro tail confers resistance to peptidase degradation.
